At Banwood, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition and packaging.
Initiate Your Return

Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original Banwood box, ensuring all protective materials and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
